No prior experience is necessary. 

Upon successful completion of the Basic Cruising Standard, you will have achieved the level of at least a Qualified Crew and will begin the journey to develop the skills of a Skipper.

Includes Pleasure Craft Operators Certificate (PCOC) test

28 hours, including minimum 18 hours sailing and 10 hours theory review
